I'm so excited to "meet" you! =) 
I'm Sharla - Aka The Baby Whisperer!  

As a mother, I get to experience first-hand my kids’ ever-changing features, blossoming personalities, and the beauty in their infinite expressions. I’m amazed at how quickly these little people change and grow, and I’m so grateful to be able to capture as many of these moments as possible.

Their infancy stages now seem like a very distant memory even though it really wasn’t that long ago. As I look back at their newborn photo sessions, I’ve come to the realization that these portraits are even more special to me than I could have imagined.

My children taught me the most important lesson about photography:
The value of a meaningful and beautiful image of your child grows exponentially over time. It never stops. It’s a moment that’s gone, but a memory that you get to keep forever.

This is exactly what I hope to give each of my clients. I want you to be able to hold onto tiny glimpses of your children growing up. It’s these seemingly ordinary instances that will ultimately become some of your most treasured memories.

A breakdown of sessions:
A newborn session is an in studio session. I currently schedule newborn sessions Monday - Friday from 10am-1pm. While newborn sessions don't always last the full 3 hours allotted, sometimes little ones need more time to settle in to a nice deep sleep.

Family, milestone, and maternity sessions take place at a location that you and I agree upon prior to your session. These sessions are usually 45 minutes to an hour long, and the ideal time to do this type of session is the last hour and a half of sunlight. (studio session allow more flexibility) 

While I am happy to offer my clients sessions that do include digital images, it is my hope that you will print your photos as well. Seeing my clients portraits hanging on their walls, as preserved memories makes me so happy. I use professional print labs and can stand behind their quality and colors, and would love to work with you to come up with beautiful portraits that you can enjoy for years to come in your home.

Signature Newborn Session
$650 | 2–3 Hours
My most comprehensive newborn experience.
Includes:
Multiple newborn setups
Family & sibling portraits
Detailed images (tiny toes, lips, fingers, etc.)
Full access to wraps, outfits, headbands and props
Retainer: $275 due at booking
Remaining Balance: $375 due on session day.
Best scheduled when baby is 10–30 days old.

Petite Newborn Session
$500 | 1–2 Hours
A shorter newborn session that includes:
Two newborn setups
Family & sibling portraits
Access to wraps, props and outfits
Retainer: $200 due at booking
Remaining Balance: $300 due on session day.
Payment plans are available throughout your pregnancy.

In-Home Lifestyle Newborn Session
$450 | 1–2 Hours
Enjoy a relaxed newborn session in the comfort of your own home (within 30 miles of Waco, Texas).
Includes:
Family & sibling portraits
Natural lifestyle images
No studio props are brought; we'll use your baby's nursery and personal items.
Retainer: $200 due at booking
Remaining Balance: $300 due on session day.
Payment plans are available.

Wrapped Newborn Mini
$275 | 1 Hour
Perfect for parents wanting beautiful newborn portraits in a shorter session.
Includes:
Three wrapped setups
Baby remains wrapped throughout the session
Studio props and wraps provided
This session is for baby only and does not include parent or sibling images.

Capture your pregnancy in beautiful natural light during golden hour, approximately one hour before sunset. This session includes a blend of posed and candid lifestyle images and may include your partner and children.
